We are looking for a Content Growth Specialist to join our APAC Growth team based in Singapore. In this role, you will help grow and engage the creator community by developing market-specific programs, campaigns, and communications to activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem across India and Southeast Asia. We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role requires you to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 days per week and therefore needs to be within a commutable distance to our Singapore City-based office. Please note that this position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- check_circle Support growth markets in Asia (India and Southeast Asia) to acquire and retain creators in the ecosystem
- check_circle Work cross functionally across strategic partner managers, product and other stakeholders to drive programs and campaigns
- check_circle Develop plans to engage and activate scaled creators through scaled communication channels like emails, push notifications and other relevant programs
- check_circle Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers with creators and acquire learnings
- check_circle Manage end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges to incentivize creators
- check_circle Manage communications calendar across various scaled channels including emails and other in app channels
- check_circle Define, track and analyze success metrics for programs to identify actionable learnings for the region
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- check Minimum 5+ years of experience
- check Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC
- check Strong in SQL query writing
- check Strong in project management & execution, data collection and analysis
- check Strong in communication and working cross functionally
- check Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs
- check Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, a related field or equivalent experience
