What You Will Build
You will collaborate cross-functionally to engineer resilient, low-latency systems capable of scaling with our rapidly expanding user base and operational demands.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- check_circle Source, screen and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
- check_circle Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
- check_circle Assess candidate alignment for specific roles, teams, and GitLab's values, and share clear recommendations with recruiting partners.
- check_circle Screen and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent benches across multiple countries in the APJ region to ensure strong pipeline depth and readiness for evolving business needs.
- check_circle Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship building.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- check Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- check Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.
- check Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams, candidates, and time zones.
- check Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- check Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
