What is The Role
We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations. This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and works closely with executive leadership across product, finance, and legal.

Key Technical Responsibilities
- check_circle Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify suitable acquisition targets, evaluate industry trends that influence growth strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights.
- check_circle Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts for potential acquisitions, and analyze historical financial performance of target companies to guide strategic decision-making.
- check_circle Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions, including conducting thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies.
- check_circle Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders, ensuring deal value is captured.
- check_circle Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- check 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company.
- check Successful track record of executing M&A transactions.
- check Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring.
- check Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- check Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely.
- check High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment.
- check MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
