In this pivotal role, you will define the strategy and operating model for two critical platforms: our large-scale asynchronous job scheduling and execution platform, and our anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and ML monitoring platform. You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and empowering your team to build highly reliable, scalable infrastructure that supports millions of users.

Key Technical Responsibilities

Prerequisites & Qualifications
- check Minimum 9 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed platforms.
- check Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience leading platform or backend teams.
- check Strong technical foundation in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, and data systems.
- check Deep understanding of asynchronous execution, workflow orchestration, and machine learning algorithms.
- check Proven track record of setting technical strategy and improving platform scalability.
- check Experience using AI to accelerate engineering workflows with a focus on validation and security.
- check Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
