About the Role
Join Robinhood Greenhouse Board in building the future of finance and democratizing finance for all. As part of the historic wealth transfer over the next two decades, our Account Operations team is essential to supporting the growth of Robinhood and helping our customers at critical points in their journey. We are looking for an Account Servicing Associate to serve as an integral part of our account opening and maintenance processes in our Denver, CO or Westlake, TX offices (with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week).
About the Role
In this role, you will review new account applications, analyze documents with keen attention to detail, work with cross-functional partners to address customer issues, and perform daily account maintenance activities. You will act as a subject matter authority in firm account opening and maintenance processes while leveraging cutting-edge AI-tooling to increase individual efficiency and accuracy.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- check_circle Review internal escalations from vendors and internal employees on operational case or process escalations.
- check_circle Review customer-related documents for completeness and process any vital changes in customer accounts.
- check_circle Consistently meet efficiency goals with minimal error.
- check_circle Act as subject matter authority in the firm account opening and maintenance processes with the ability to clearly communicate this with other teams and customers with outstanding customer service.
- check_circle Identify gaps or inefficiencies within processes and suggest improvements to departmental leadership.
- check_circle Perform daily account maintenance requests while interacting and troubleshooting with internal partners for more sophisticated account issues related to customer accounts such as deactivating and reactivating accounts, levy notice processing, and updating customer information.
