We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our Global Strategic Accounts team within the Tech vertical. As a Lead Client Partner, you will be the primary architect of growth for our most significant advertising partnerships, helping enterprise-level clients navigate the unique, authentic landscape of Reddit.
This is a high-impact, consultative role where you will bridge the gap between complex brand objectives and the vast, interest-based ecosystem of Reddit. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge and data-driven insights to drive year-over-year revenue growth while shaping the future of our advertising roadmap.
Note: This position is required to be based in person at our Los Angeles or New York offices.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- check_circle Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- check_circle Construct upfront and joint business plans with top-tier clients.
- check_circle Educate new clients on the Reddit ads platform and identify new buyers within agency and direct channels.
- check_circle Utilize internal and external data to inform strategic pitches and proposals.
- check_circle Own the full client meeting lifecycle, from agenda setting to final presentation and follow-up.
- check_circle Serve as the primary point of contact for platform updates, releases, and strategic opportunities.
- check_circle Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals.
- check_circle Aggregate client feedback to influence Reddit’s ads product roadmap.
- check_circle Act as a Reddit evangelist and thought leader at industry events.
- check_circle Mentor and train team members, sharing expertise in digital media and sales strategy.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- check 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 7+ years in sales.
- check Proven experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise tech or entertainment organizations.
- check Demonstrated success managing relationships with C-level executives.
- check Deep existing relationships within the agency and client-direct space.
- check Subject matter expertise in social media, native advertising, and measurement solutions.
- check Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
- check Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- check BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- check Ability to lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
